Warranty

What is covered after the work

Two windows, one page. 90 days on the labour we performed and 365 days on the part we fitted, counted from the day the repair is finished.

What we stand behind, and for how long.
Labour
90 days
If the fault we repaired comes back inside the window, the return visit costs you nothing — no second diagnostic, no travel charge.
Parts
365 days
Genuine OEM parts only. A part that fails inside the year is replaced, and the labour to swap it is ours whether or not the labour window is still open.

Why the parts are OEM

A Wolf igniter, spark module, oven sensor or control board is matched to a specific assembly, and an aftermarket substitute that reads as a close-enough resistance on the bench often behaves differently at temperature. We fit genuine oem parts for that reason, and because a warranty is only worth what the part behind it is worth.

The part number is written on the estimate before it is ordered and on the invoice afterwards. Keep the invoice — it is the only document either window is counted from.

What is not covered

  • A different fault on the same appliance. That gets its own diagnosis, and if it turns up on a warranty return visit we will tell you before touching it.
  • Damage from a new surge event, a flood, a rodent in the cabinet, or work done by someone else after we left.
  • Parts you supplied. If you bring your own part we will fit it and stand behind the labour, but the part itself carries whatever its seller gave you.
  • Wear items consumed in normal use, and cosmetic marks that were on the appliance when we arrived.
  • An appliance we advised against repairing, where you asked us to proceed anyway. That conversation goes on the estimate in writing.

How to make a claim

Call, give the date on the invoice and describe what the appliance is doing now. There is no form and no portal. If it is the same fault inside the window we schedule the return visit on the next available slot for your part of Clay County.

If it turns out to be something else, you will hear that on the phone or at the door — not after the work.

This is our warranty, not the manufacturer's

Pace Island Cooking Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

The cover described on this page is given by Pace Island Cooking Service and is enforceable against Pace Island alone. It does not extend, replace, shorten or interact with any manufacturer cover your appliance may still carry, and nothing we do here is performed on the manufacturer's behalf. If the appliance is still inside its original manufacturer cover, ask us first — you may be better served claiming that instead, and we will say so.

Every visit that leads to a repair starts at the same $129 flat diagnostic. Credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead with the work. Rates and terms carries the rest of it.
