One number for the visit, one estimate before the work, one warranty afterwards. There is nothing else to read into it.

- Credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.

- If the same fault returns inside the window, the return visit is on us.
- Parts warranty

- Genuine OEM parts only.
How the estimate works
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed.
If the estimate is more than the appliance is worth to you, you owe the $129 diagnostic and nothing further. We would rather tell you that than sell you a repair you will regret.
What is not on this page
We do not publish an hourly rate, because the honest number depends on the part and the access, and a rate quoted without either is a guess dressed up as a price. The estimate carries the real figure.

Closed Sunday. Scheduled visits only — we do not run an after-hours call-out service.
