One phone call. Tell us the symptom in your own words and we will tell you what the visit will look like before you commit to it.
What to have ready
- The appliance type — range, rangetop, cooktop, wall oven, warming drawer, grill or hood.
- The model and serial number if you can reach them. On most units they are on a plate behind a door, a drawer or a kick panel. If you cannot find it, we will find it on the visit.
- What it does now, and what it did just before it started doing that.
- Whether anything else on the same circuit is affected.
- Your street and the nearest cross street, so the route can be planned around it.
When we answer
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Closed Sunday. Scheduled visits only — we do not run an after-hours call-out service.
What it costs
$129 flat for the diagnostic visit. Credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead with the work. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed.
Genuine OEM parts throughout, with 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts.
