Short, because there is not much to say. This site collects nothing.
This website
Every asset on this site — fonts, styles, images, scripts — is served from the same domain as the page you are reading. There are no analytics, no tags, no embedded maps, no social widgets and no advertising. No cookie is set, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Our host records standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for security and capacity purposes. We do not join those logs to anything else and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
When you call us
If you call, we keep what we need to do the job: a name, a phone number, a service address, the appliance and what it is doing. We use it to schedule, to order the right part and to honour the warranty afterwards. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Third parties
Parts distributors receive the model and serial number needed to fill an order. Nothing else about you leaves this business except where the law requires it.
Asking us about your information
Call (904) 822-9883 and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it if it is wrong, and delete it if there is no outstanding warranty or legal reason to keep it.
